Tip 1: Prove that you have been able to deliver more with less by showing a like-for-like YoY cost comparison of your existing IT services
Tip 2: Segregate investment in new IT-led capabilities and business-led new product launches and headcount driven cost increases
Tip 3: Segregate unit cost movements vs increases in count of units (which are mostly outside CIO’s control)
